AboutA high school cheerleader turned single mother, Farrah Abraham starred on the MTV show 16 and Pregnant and was one of four young girls featured on the reality show Teen Mom.
Born May 31, 1991, the Iowa-bred reality star welcomed daughter Sophia in February 2009. Her ex-boyfriend Derek Underwood, Sophia’s father, died in a car accident two months before Sophia was born.
MTV cameras followed the aspiring model as she struggled to balance motherhood, work, culinary classes and a social life. Her troubled relationship with her mom, Debra Danielsen, was also a focal point of the series.
Abraham appeared alongside Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout on the MTV series.
The television personality continued her involvement with the Teen Mom franchise and is currently starring in the spinoff series, Teen Mom OG.
In 2013, a sex tape, titled Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom, featuring Abraham was leaked to the public.
